The master suite has a queen bed, en-suite half bath, a large walk-in closet with built-in ironing board, and sliding glass doors that open onto the private courtyard. The second bedroom has a twin day bed, a futon and ample closet space with a built-in dresser. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom.
The spacious full bathroom features tiled floors, marble counters, and enclosed bathtub/shower.

Just steps away from 10th Street beaches both on the bay and the ocean from the this family friendly vacation rental allow you make the most of your Newport Beach vacation. The unit is about halfway between both pier areas and their shops and restaurants. Nearby Marina Park between 15th and 18th St has plenty of room for the kids to run and full access to the bay, plus the delightful Lighthouse Cafe for waterfront dining.
