Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twins. The bedrooms share the hall bath. The upstairs living room has a couch/futon, coffee table, TV and a sliding glass door that leads to the upper patio.

OUTDOORS

THE LOCATION
The bayside neighborhood where the home is located is a real gem. Close to the beach and bay, yet cut off from much of the hustle & bustle of the Peninsula, it provides a quieter spot to enjoy all the same amenities as others in high-traffic areas. Families with smaller children will appreciate the bay beaches with no waves where even toddlers can enjoy the water without getting bowled over by the surf. The property is walkable to the Fun Zone area, Balboa Pier, the historic Balboa Pavilion built in 1906, and all of the surrounding local shops and restaurants nearby. The Balboa Island Ferry landing is along the way as well, which makes exploring Balboa Island's many nooks and crannies possible - so many little boutiques and cafes, not to mention the home of the frozen banana stand made famous on the TV show Arrested Development. Weigh in on whether Dad's Donuts or Sugar and Spice is really the "original" frozen banana vendor. If you can't decide, try a Balboa Bar instead!
