LIVING and DINING
The large sectional sofa in the living area is roomy enough for all. The open concept living area, with 75-inch TV, also has a side chair with ottoman and coffee table. A large custom-built white wood table with tile accents, two benches and two chairs grace the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, with "marble" counters, features stainless appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and two refrigerated beverage drawers to free up space in the fridge. A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Across the entry hall, the laundry room has a full-size stacked washer and dryer, storage and plenty of counter space for doing laundry.
BED and BATH
There are three bedrooms upstairs, each with its own en suite bath with shower, walk in closet and flat panel TV. The back bedroom features two twin beds, the middle room, a queen. Infinity doors in the master open out onto the deck to bring beach and Catalina Island views front and center. The large master suite features a king bed, large flat panel TV, fireplace, roomy en suite bath and walk in master closet. The master bath has a large soaking tub, a shower with steam feature and a separate water closet.
The third story has a full-size sleeper sofa, private bath with shower, large flat panel TV, wine fridge and access to the rooftop deck with teak furnishings and hot tub.
All TVs are Smart TVs and are equipped with PlayStation (except for the master bedroom). The third-floor loft is also equipped with X-Box. Outlets throughout the home have USB ports. The home is protected by three exterior security cameras.

The master deck has two deck chairs. The rooftop deck has a high-boy table & four chairs, L-shaped sofa and a hot tub! A retractable awning protects the deck from the sun's rays on hot days.
The two-car garage has outlets for charging electric vehicles.
THE LOCATION
The beach at 34th is protected by jetties at 32nd & 36th Streets, making the surf here ideal for all water sports - boogie boarding, surfing, body surfing, skim boarding and swimming. Dolphins frequently play near the 36th St jetty. The grocery store and dozens of shops and restaurants are all just a short walk from the home. The newly re-opened Lido Marina Village boasts high end shopping and dining, with Planet Blue and Nobu, and more affordable options like Circle Hook for fish and chips and Zinque for meals on the waterfront with a European flair. Malibu Farms offers fresh farm to table cuisine as well as coffee and freshly made ice cream (with vegan options!). Lido Village Books features reading material of every genre and books by local authors. Lido Drug across the street is a treasure trove of gifts and hard to find items. A week will be barely enough time to sample everything the area has to offer.
