We let the seasons and Southern California be our guide to create a menu with signature Italian dishes and rotating chef specialties, all featuring house made ingredients and organically, locally and sustainably sourced products where possible.
Whether enjoying a leisurely lunch, Happy Hour after shopping, a date night or family outing, guests will find a menu filled with creative pizzas like ‘leek + guanciale’, handmade pastas, such as our renowned Pappardelle with braised short rib, cremini mushrooms and carrot. Other menu highlights include herb ricotta stuffed fried squash blossoms, grilled octopus and our signature Vasi jars filled with assorted spreads.
CUCINA also features an inventive cocktail program highlighted by a selection of house infused liquors, such as oolong bourbon and blackberry thyme vodka. Our extensive wine list features over 250 labels of familiar wineries and small-batch gems from across America and Europe, with an emphasis on Italian varietals. CUCINA’s dedicated wine shop allows guests to hand select wines at retail price, either to enjoy with their meal for a minimal corkage fee or while viewing the sunset from the balcony of their Newport Beach Vacation Property.
Sunday Brunch at CUCINA enoteca features a mix of traditional and non-traditional dishes all spun with a playful twist. For $28, your choice of entrée comes with our weekly ‘antipasti bar’ full of house made pastries, yogurt + granola, cheese, charcuterie, salads and other chef’s whim specialties. Our rolling Bellini cart brings the quintessential Italian brunch beverage tableside, truly making Sunday a fun day. The restaurant’s design draws inspiration from a free-spirited garden, manifesting a light and airy palette with pops of vibrant floral patterns and earthy elements.
