I started working for Baby’s Away after I had my first child. I have always had a passion for traveling and adventure and always knew as a mom I would want to take my family with me as I explored the world. Little did I realize (but quickly discovered) that traveling with small children is not very easy…in fact it is downright stressful and can be almost painful at times. My babies required a lot of maintenance that I was not prepared for; cribs for sleeping, bouncy seats for acid reflux, activity mats for play time, the list went on and on. The thought of having to pack up all these necessary items kept me home bound for many of the early years of motherhood. I know many young families face these same dilemmas, I had never heard of renting baby equipment while I traveled and as I look back, I wish that I had, It would have opened up so many more doors and opportunities to visit family, attend events and explore new places. Thankfully, now there are choices!
