It's right at/on the beach. The perfect fit for 6 of us. We felt right at home. Great walking location to businesses (food, souvenirs, boat rides, etc). Rental Company easy to work with. We had a need for maintenance and was VERY surprised how quickly someone came over. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was in a fabulous location. Walking out the back door onto the beach, and a short walk up the boardwalk to get coffee, made this trip a true California experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and the great room gave us a gathering space for everyone to relax. Easy checkin and communication. Thank you!

The beach house was AMAZING. If you want to be right on the boardwalk to people watch and see the sunset every night, this is the place to stay! Walk to cruisers and the balboa ferry. Sand is right out the door. Very comfy beds and pillows. Nice loungers and table on patio along with a grill. Didn’t even mind being in the kitchen when cooking as the beach is right there. Nice shades for privacy if you like that as well! Highly recommend for cleanliness and style.

We rented both the middle and bottom units. What an amazing time we had. The houses were impeccably clean which is not the usual for beach vacation rentals. The waves at this beach are a shore break so if you have little kiddos be vigilant and right on the waters edge. Newport Beach vacation rentals were awesome to work with.
