Overall a really great place to stay! You cannot beat the location. The view from the property is absolutely gorgeous! Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook full meals easily. There could be a few improvements like new towels and having body soap/shampoo in all bathrooms but in general I would come again!

This VRBO was perfect for our family's needs. The beach access was amazing, and it was a short walk to some cute little shops. We traveled with our kids, 4 of them adults and the house had enough space to spread out. The living/gathering area was perfect for games and meals, and the view was amazing.

The condo is very spacious. We were a party of 7. Never felt we were in each others way. We enjoyed the large dining table and large comfortable sofa. The beds were comfortable. Lots of water pressure and hot water. Off street parking is a real plus in this neighborhood. Wifi service was a little spotty. Easy check in and check out.

We had a great stay and the highlight was definitely the location. The place was large enough for our party of 10. We did wish it had been a bit more clean. Definitely in need of a deep down scrub in the kitchen and the coffee maker needs to be upgraded.
But we were on the beach :)

Very spacious and well supplied.
I would have given it 5 stars all around except there was a power outage (which wasn't their fault) which was an inconvenience but my mom really enjoyed her 90th birthday surprise.

The location was outstanding & what the value is. The house was spacious & roomy. It was comfortable but over all condition of home ok & decor was ok. If the decor/furnishing was improved & soft, fresh towels it definitely would be winner/winner. Location was a winner in it’s self!

Great view, spacious, ideal location

Very spacious rental. The location is perfect. On the boardwalk, but just off of the commercial area. Short walk to Balboa Pier, the fun zone and the ferry to Balboa Island. Nice stretch of sand in front of the building. Water pressure in the showers was very strong. Check-in process was easy and the rental company was attentive when contacted. The master bedroom needs blinds, but the master bedroom windows have privacy glass. Beach towels would have been nice, but the listing is clear that the rental does not provide beach towels. The this unit has an outdoor tandem parking space. After letting off passengers, we were able to squeeze a 7 passenger SUV in the space without compromising the adjacent parking spot. Two cars will easily fit. Overall, a nice rental. We would have no hesitation renting it again. This is our third rental in Newport Beach over the last 2 1/2 years and this unit compares very favorably to our past rentals.
