The Luxe Collection home in Newport part of the NB properties collection was absolutely stunning, yet so warmly staged that every family member felt right at home. So many perfect sleeping options that all family members found their perfect place. The stunning oceanfront setting was a daily show stopper! Walkable to activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We’ve booked 6 different houses on the beach up and down the Balboa peninsula over the last six years - this was by far the best. We rebooked this house for next year before we left. Most listings drastically overstate the “luxury” of the rental - that was NOT the case here. This property was vastly more beautiful than the listing. Think St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, etc. This place has high end appliances, a new grill and loads of space. The private courtyard was a favorite for our older family members looking for a beautiful place to read. The enormous garage fit our Ford Expedition rental just fine. Book this place and relax. We will continue to rent here as long as it’s available. Having the fridge stocked was a nice touch!
