LIVING and DINING
An L-shaped, open-concept dining and living area comprises the main floor. Slide open the wall-sized glass doors to the courtyard to create a lovely indoor/outdoor space. The living area's flat-screen TV, fireplace and several comfy sofas are perfect for post-beach relaxation.
Group meals have never been more fun to make: the kitchen includes gourmet appliances like a Subzero fridge and Viking range, as well as gorgeous white marble countertops. The marble center island is so roomy, it can seat four on bar stools for a pre-dinner bottle of wine with plenty of room left over for chopping veggies.
When dinner is ready, head outside to the four-person al fresco dining table or loveseats with coffee table in the courtyard or settle in at the dining table for six inside.
A heavy duty washer and dryer is located in the ground floor laundry room.
BED and BATH

Reserve the master suite for yourself—this stunning oceanfront suite includes a private balcony, fireplace, and a spa-like attached bath with a soaking tub, waterfall shower, dual-sink marble vanity, separate water closet and a walk-in closet for stowing your luggage out of sight.
The home features a ground floor bedroom with adjacent full bath for convenience as well as a half bath just off the kitchen.
Young guests love the bunk room with a "secret hideaway" play place with beanbag chairs and toys, accessed through a kid-sized door.

THE LOCATION
The beach is your front yard at this well-located vacation rental! Step from your patio to the sand, or hit the boardwalk for a stroll, jog or bike ride. Located between the two piers (both ¾ of a mile away—about a 15 minute walk) guests can go east to Balboa for retro oceanfront dining at Ruby's at the pier’s end, a playground the kids will love, and an open, grassy lawn for kite-flying and games. Or catch the ferry to Balboa Island and stroll among coastal-chic shops.
