5 star view!! comfortable beds and linens. everything you need in the kitchen. you can't beat the location. my grandkids walked to the sand from the patio. we walked to the fun zone and balboa ferry several times.
the living room could use more couch seating but we made do with the dinner and bar stools. I hope to go back!

We enjoyed the view and the quiet area of Newport. House is nice inside and had mostly everything we needed. The only hard part was finding and keeping a parking spot. But if you have a car small enough to fit in the garage you’re set.

We had a very nice vacation and would not hesitate to rent this property again. Location worked for us and having the garage was a huge bonus. Parking was good which can be a challenge in New Port. House has most of what you need. Living room on the small side and would have appreciated a deck of some sort upstairs for the view. Beach for the kids was awesome. Downstairs patio is large and nice to have.. Only negative comment about that is the numerous large cockroaches that scurried around every night. Seems that problem as mentioned by others has not been resolved. All the many years we have stayed in New Port and we have never experienced that. Did not have an issue with anything upstairs in the actual home. Overall generally good experience.

The house has a bay beach right out front, only a few minute walk to Balboa Village and the beach. Great spot for paddle boarding. You have the middle floor with use of the patio and one small garage. The view from the living area (kitchen/dining area/ family room) are amazing. Overall the house was clean, kitchen essentials are OK. You do have to make your beds when you arrive as the bedsheets are cleaned and wrapped in plastic when you arrive. The family loved the location that we ended up extending our stay another day and hope to stay there again next year.

This was one of our best vacations and are happy with Burr White and it's properties. We loved the courtyard though it needed some attention on the rickety gate. We rented this gorgeous beach house for our daughter's 40th birthday and instead of 6 of us enjoying the house because of Covid, only my daughter and her boyfriend could enjoy it. They expressed that they LOVED their vacation spot, the view, the location, the luxury and the decedence. Thank you everyone involved in making my baby's celebration so wonderful.

This house is in a great location, especially if you have small children with you since you are right on the bay. Having a fan in every room was nice because it was really hot the time we were there. Easy walk to the beach and balboa fun zone and ferry. We would rent this house again. The only complaint would be to take a little more time to clean the house before each quest.
