Loved being able to stay so close to the water, and in an area that is extremely walkable to so many things. Theres probably not a better area to stay in Newport if you dont have a car. My initial rental had some issues, but NB Vacations was great and upgraded me and communicated very well throughout the process. The rental I stayed at most of my trip was awesome with the space and the rooftop deck! The tandem garage parking would be invaluable in the summer. In the winter, it wasnt very hard to find a spot close by.

The entire week of our stay, my husband and I couldn't stop saying, "I can't believe we found this place." We've stayed at Newport Beach a few times for vacation, but this rental was our absolute favorite by far and we will definitely book again. Location was everything: Waking up every morning and sitting on the huge patio, being able to hear and see the ocean from it, it is right next to the grocery store which was super convenient, and just a few blocks from the pier...it was perfect. We didn't rent a car (you don't need to because you can just walk everywhere from there), but it has a huge garage with a washer and dryer. It was very clean and we loved the beach decor throughout the house. We arrived really late, and the rental company made it really easy by allowing us to check in virtually before we got there. We will definitely be staying there again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!!

This rental and it's location is perfect for singles or a couple. Even though it's not oceanfront, you can see & hear the ocean from your large amazing patio. It's steps from the beach, the boardwalk/bike path, the grocery store, the pier, many restaurants & ferry to Balboa Island. The rental has been updated nicely & was very clean and well maintained. The garage is very large and can handle an SUV, which is rare at the beach & helpful since parking on the street can be challenging. You really can park the car and not use it during your stay since so much is so close. It was lacking in some amenities such as beach towels, liquid hand soap for sinks, hair dryer, spices, etc. They do provide a nice washer/dryer, beach chairs & old bikes. Summer was very pleasant to work with and booking & extending my stay was a stress free, quick process. I normally only rent oceanfront but this rentals location impressed me & I will rent it again...soon hopefully!

Newport Beach - Weekend Stay

My husband and I came to Newport Beach for a long weekend and found this rental through Burr White Realty. The rental process was easy and stress free. The property was just steps away from the beach, close to the pier, restaurants. and the bike path. It was clean and has cute beach decor, exactly what we were hoping for. We had a slight issue with one of the door locks from the garage into the property that was resolved in less than 15 minutes. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. (Hopefully soon)

This was our first time in Newport Beach and we are already counting down the days until we come back. We loved our house, especially the location - super close to the beach. The 1 bedroom is super roomy. The unit provided everything we needed. I only wish the couch was a sleeper sofa but a queen size air mattress was provided.
