Loved being able to stay so close to the water, and in an area that is extremely walkable to so many things. Theres probably not a better area to stay in Newport if you dont have a car. My initial rental had some issues, but NB Vacations was great and upgraded me and communicated very well throughout the process. The rental I stayed at most of my trip was awesome with the space and the rooftop deck! The tandem garage parking would be invaluable in the summer. In the winter, it wasnt very hard to find a spot close by.

The entire week of our stay, my husband and I couldn't stop saying, "I can't believe we found this place." We've stayed at Newport Beach a few times for vacation, but this rental was our absolute favorite by far and we will definitely book again. Location was everything: Waking up every morning and sitting on the huge patio, being able to hear and see the ocean from it, it is right next to the grocery store which was super convenient, and just a few blocks from the pier...it was perfect. We didn't rent a car (you don't need to because you can just walk everywhere from there), but it has a huge garage with a washer and dryer. It was very clean and we loved the beach decor throughout the house. We arrived really late, and the rental company made it really easy by allowing us to check in virtually before we got there. We will definitely be staying there again!
