Love this house and the location is perfect!!! Right across the street from the shopping center with a grocery store and several places to get food. Short walk to the pier. Only complaint is that the back bedroom is very hot, even with a fan and ceiling fan, so my kids sleep in the living room on air mattresses but otherwise it's perfect !!!

Overall, it was great. A little closer to the pier and centrally located which allowed us to walk everywhere. The living area was also larger than the last property which made it nice with kids. The 2 spots in the garage was a benefit as well.

Loved the location...walked or ran along the beach every morning than played on the beach with the family all day. Great having the house so close to the beach, was easy to go back and forth. Killer sunsets!!!!
