This terrific 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper apartment of a duplex has upgraded flooring, kitchen and bathroom. Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand. The perfect beach house for a family vacation. Only 4 houses from the sand. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.

Entering the front dutch door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with a bbq, patio table, chairs and umbrella.

Stepping back in the property there is a quaint dining table just off of the all-white, newly remodeled kitchen. Stacked laundry unit is just off the living room, a convenience not always found in beach homes.

2 bedrooms and 1 freshly remodeled full bathroom.

1 parking spot in a shared garage with front lower unit. The garage is very small and tight. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be a tight fit. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets. SLP13745

Four of us rented this home and I am so happy we did. It was the perfect size. The home was clean and felt safe. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beach and piers. The house also had beach chairs and a wagon for us to use which made visits to the beach simple and comfortable. Another thing to note was that the being, towels and home were clean.

Very pleased with the unit. We rent in NB often and this was the first time with this company. I love having a lock box instead of having to travel to an office to pick up and drop off keys. Seems minor but really was a differentiator. This unit worked well for us and we would rent it again.
