We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Anyone booking this property should know that it is actually 3 separate units, which we did not realize when we booked it, but this actually worked out perfect for our families needs. The living space in the lower unit was a little tight for the times when our families wanted to hand out together and our older parents could have used hand rails on the front steps, but other than that we loved our stay. It was close to the ferry and to the walking path that goes around the island.

EXCELLENT location!!! Close to the ferry and the water, far enough away from the main drag that parking wasn’t difficult. This is a great house for a larger group to have time together and then spread out. My grown kids and their spouses and my 5 small grandkids were able to all be together, and also break up into one of the 3 units for our own space. We loved the private king bed suite with a fireplace to get away from the group at night for our own down time. It was really nice to have a garage, and we had no issues with additional parking for other cars. Would definitely recommend!

None of the spaces are open to the others - so it is not ideal if you are looking for kids to move from one apartment to another as all entrances are outside to each space. But is perfect when everyone needs a private space or a break! This location is a VERY short walk to the ferry which is wonderful if you are heading to the beach and the fun zone - which we did quite frequently during our stay. Spaces were all adorably decorated with plenty of pillows, sheets, towels, etc. The only issue we really had while staying was that the bathrooms are very small - we had two bigger guys with us and the space for the toilets is quite snug if you are taller or have broad shoulders!
