We absolutely loved the location of your cozy airbnb. We could walk to restaurants, the market & all of the homes on the peninsula were beautiful. The weather was perfect, the neighborhood was peaceful & I have never slept better! Thank you!

This cottage is clean, and equipped with everything you need. The upstairs is over the bottom unit’s bedrooms and you can hear walking around from the bedrooms below. The washer/dryer is a huge plus but the absolute best thing about this place is a driveway for parking two cars. If you’re not familiar with Balboa Island, you will understand once you get there. Parking is a commodity here in these beach cities!

Prooerty was as listed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve Christmas breakfast for 8.
Off-street parking was a big plus as the area is always crowded.
Both bedrooms have a nice private bath.
We enjoyed sitting in the front patio. Nice umbrella and table. They provided a grill but we didn't use it.
We were less than a block from the boardwalk and the ferry.
Would come here again.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation staying at this charming front beach house on Balboa Island. The location is great, walking distance to coffee & shops. The kitchen is well stocked and it has a nice open layout that works well. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation.

This place is remarkable. Just a few houses down the street is the ferry to take you across the water to Balboa Village on the strand. We enjoyed lunch at Lombardy's Deli, dinner at San Shi Go, at Shorebird, and at the Lighthouse Cafe. Right outside the back gate is Todos Santos, for early evening tapas and drinks. This location is amazing. We will be returning soon....
