This property was the perfect gem. It was clean, perfect size, perfect location and provided all that we needed. It was just a 3min walk to the boardwalk with fun shops and great food and a 1-5min walk to the convenient store and other great restaurants. The host was communicative, helpful and gave all details needed to make the experience smooth and easy. We will definitely be back!!!

I had a great stay here with my family of 4. We traveled with my 3 month old and 2.5 year old. The location is perfect and the space with the 3 bedrooms was so nice to have. There’s plenty to do around the area with little kids. We didn’t get into our car once the entire stay as everything is walkable. The space was clean and host responsive. We only had one car and the garage was perfect for that, I think having 2 cars would be really tough to fit into the garage. The area was quiet and far enough from the main road that we didn’t notice any street noise. Overall our stay was great, and we would come back again.

Treated daughter and granddaughter with a stay at Balboa for their birthdays. The unit IS a gem of a find with everything you would want for a vacation at the beach. Location is prime on a very quiet street next to everything. We especially enjoyed starting the day on the front porch for morning coffee. Will be back!

Two minor things to note:
The tub near the garage is missing a drain and the garage is extremely difficult to get in and out of if you’re in anything larger than a sedan.
