This beach house was perfect for our trip with 4 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Four full bathrooms is awesome! We loved the kitchen, living room and patio area! Huge garage fit our large SUV easily and there was always street parking available. Great central location, easy walk to lots of activities/restaurants. Would have loved more towels and access to an outdoor shower but all in all it was an amazing stay! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home! It had all supplies we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The garage fit our large SUV ( thankfully we didn't have a top rack ) and this area also had more street parking and was less crowded . We also were thankful to find a few beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards , and beach toys in the garage. The kitchen had all supplies needed and was top notch! The furniture throughout the home was new, clean, and comfortable. It was wonderful to have 2 living spaces and bathrooms for everyone! The elevator made it nice for moving our luggage and groceries upstairs. Our family enjoyed marshmallows outside on the table fire pit and very short walks to the beach or Bayside. Also had a nice beach park around the block with swimming platform on the Bayside, a beautiful safe place for younger kids without the big waves! We would definitely return to this home on our next visit.

We stayed at the beach house for a big family weekend and my family (kids and adults) truly enjoyed their stay. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The location was great. Less than a block in each direction from the shore or the marina. There were sand toys for the kids and beach chairs so we had everything we needed. The location is very close to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely return!

Beautiful home, pictures does not do it justice, nicer in person. Home was clean, kitchen well stocked, great communication with NBVP. Highly recommend bringing bikes. Close to the ocean and bay. Rode our bikes to Newport pier, into Lido isle, and crossed on the ferry into the peninsula. Will definitely stay here again.
