On the second floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bathroom in the hall. In all, the home offers a king size bed, two queen size beds and one queen size sleeper sofa.

Upstairs, the kitchen and living area are an open space, linked to the upper patio, which creates a inviting living space for the whole family. The kitchen features a waterfall island with bar seating and top of the line appliances. The upstairs patio is a cozy delight for entertaining, complete with lounge furniture, fire pit, BBQ range and peak a boo views of the ocean and bay.

There is sufficient parking for two vehicles in the garage. Located between the Newport and Balboa piers, just a block Newport Harbor Yacht Club, and a block from the beach and half block from the bay, it is pleasantly secluded by not far from activities, dining and shopping.
