This home was perfect for us. Plenty of space for 8 people to sleep comfortably with four full bathrooms and an elevator! It was very clean with fresh linens and towels. It is perfectly located just a few minutes walk to the beach and very close to the pier and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and even allowed us an early check in by 1 hour. The only thing I would say is before you rent any beach towels/chairs/boogie boards check the garage and see what they have first.

We stayed at this wonderful vacation home over the Christmas holidays. Great place for our family to gather. Great location, close to the beach and a nice walk to Balboa Island. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to go back.

NB Vacation Properties was very communicative via text. When we questioned if the fireplaces worked they sent someone over to repair them immediately. Can't say enough good things about the management company and the property. The property was easy to access, clean upon arrival, and remodeled. We especially loved the patio table with firepit in the center while we bbq's some steaks on the patio.
