Absolutely loved this place. Gorgeous and comfortable. Near everything we wanted. Will be super quiet and peaceful once all the nearby construction is complete. But even that wasn’t a deterrent. I would book again in a heartbeat.

We had a really nice stay in Newport , the house was very comfortable and ideal for 2 couples . Although there was some construction next door we had no issues or noise . We will definitely book again as the team at Newport beach vacation properties were clear and helpful regarding check in and provided us with a nicely presented property for the week .

Our stay in Corona Del Mar was great! The property is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and plenty of space for a couple. There is a private guest entrance and parking which is very important in beach communities. Our hosts were very responsive, communicative and friendly when we needed their help.The rooftop deck was an extra bonus that was wonderful with the great weather we had.

Positive:
- beautiful, clean and comfortable home that looks like the pictures. It feels high end, we loved it!
- very comfortable beds
- carport very handy
- very responsive during stay
- I would stay again
Could be better:
- communication with the agent was initially challenging. I asked if there was construction prior to booking and told no, then booked, then told yes the whole house next door had been demolished and is being rebuilt!!Turns out there are many people working at this agency so you don’t deal with one person. I wouldn’t use this agent if it were my rental as I almost cancelled based on their communication.
- the agent wants you to log into a guest portal to receive a check in code as opposed to give it to you via airbnb message. This was not feasible for me as an international arrival. They did eventually but it was a hassle I wasn’t expecting.
- could use more plates and cutlery.
- the dining chairs are uncomfortable

Picked this house after much research in the area, and this was perfect! Stayed 5 nights with my husband for an anniversary vacation. Excellent location, close to many things. Loved that we could cook and grill. View on top deck is beautiful. A bit of construction next door during the day but wasn’t terrible. Otherwise peaceful and relaxing location. Laundry and parking also a big plus. Overall an excellent stay. Hope to come back again for another future stay!

Our family of 4 had a great week here. We enjoyed the close proximity to grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. It was clean, bright and had a nice comfortable vibe. We loved the rooftop patio! The only thing I could say was a bit of a challenge for us was the fact that because it has lots of natural light/ windows, sleeping in was not possible as it was just so bright in the mornings. Not the end of the world for us as we tend to be early risers anyway. This was mentioned in previous reviews so we knew what to expect and it wouldn’t keep me from staying here again as everything else was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
