The location was great, easy to find, steps from the beach. The studio had lots of windows, nice LVT flooring, clean bathroom. Check out was a little early, 10am, wish they had a later check out, especially seeing that the early checkout is for the cleaners, but yet we cleaned better ourselves when we left vs when we arrived. They probably need to find a new cleaning company. That doesn’t take away that the studio is perfect for a two person stay, we enjoyed staying there and would stay again.

Host was responsive. On arrival, the AC unit did not work. We arrived late in the evening so after office hours, so I left a message and text. Host reached out the next day and sent a technician. 1st try was not successful, however a second tech came out and was able to fix the AC unit. No other issues. Location is excellent. Apartment is quite small as described, however perfect for two adults. Having a parking spot is a must this close to the beach. Refrigerator is small, but works well.

We really enjoyed our stay, It was clean and comfortable! We stay in the area often and like that you can walk to restaurants, the grocery store, Shopping at the surf shops! The best part is being steps away from the ocean! Morning walks are the best. Sunday there is a farmer’s market by the pier and it’s fun to go look and buy from the locals. NB properties were great to work with and I was able to get in contact with someone asap! I would stay at this location again.

Loved the location. Read reviews that beds were uncomfortable but I didn't find that to be true. It's was big enough for the 3 of us but that is all. Easy to get to and the parking spot is priceless tiny but priceless. Was a little loud but the fan drowned it out. We loved it!

Everything was great. Even when there were questions about the parking and garbage takeout timing (we were leaving the morning trash goes out at night), the office gave us very rapid reaponses. This location was great that is was right on the beach but close to a main highway so traffic was not bad.
