We had a great stay and enjoyed everything this little home had to offer! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Nice little beach at the end of the street to take a swim or watch the sunset. Home had a wonderfully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, nice pots and pans, multiple sheet pans and kitchen utensils. Everything we could need to make cooking a few meals an easy task. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio area and opening the large double doors to allow a nice breeze into the home. We hope to stay again in the future since we visit family in the area. Thank you!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at 304 1/2 Ruby on Balboa Island last week. The beautiful, brand new kitchen was stocked with everything needed, and it was all new! The dishes were extra cute and the appliances spotless in & out. The living area was very tastefully furnished with a new sectional, contemporary ceiling light fixtures, and nice dining room table. We spent a lot of time on the sunny deck, lounging and reading. The newish master bath had a tub/shower combination with a great shower head and even a grab bar for us 'oldsters'. We slept well on the comfortable bed, and there was an abundance of closet space. The washer & dryer were just down the stairs and a few steps to the left, in the garage. I think the washer was brand new. The location of this Airbnb was near to the bay, and we enjoyed many walks around the island at sunset. It was an ideal vacation home for the two of us. Thank you!
