Bravo...great location and a wonderful property to meet everyone's needs. Just enough different spaces to give everyone their space while not feeling to far apart. We had a variety of age groups and needs come together from different locations for a graduation and the location and accommodation could not have been more perfect. Quiet neighborhood but close to ALL the activity. We will be back...and more than likely request the same property...hope you will have us back!

The property is very nice, great location, clean enough. Our only 2 issues with the property are that the mattress in the queen bed is EXTREAMLY soft, we were not able to sleep well during our 4-night stay because we sank into the mattress, really uncomfortable. Second issue was the communication. They were not able to keep communicating through AirBNB site, they redirected us to a different site were you basically had to check your email, open a link, log into the other site (long process, instead of just opening your airbnb app). Then, information they uploaded right at the check in time, did not include the main door access code, they sent different codes, and we had to wait for them to reply with the correct information.
Overall, it was a good stay, except these 2 things.

We do apologize that the mattress was not comfortable for you, we would have loved to offer to bring a mattress topper for you to make your nights a little more restful if this issue was brought to our attention, but we were unfortunately not made aware of this. We also apologize you had difficulty entering the home, however we did provide the lock box code the moment we were made aware that you did not receive it and this issue was resolved within minutes. Despite these small inconveniences, we hope you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better stay!

A wonderfully quiet street in an ideal location to enjoy both the ocean and the bay beaches. The home's downstairs living room is spacious and the outdoor deck and patio are great places to gather. The five bikes are a great ammenity to enjoy the ocean's boardwalk and get around town.

Enjoying the Beach with Family

For the most part our stay was very enjoyable. The property description was accurate. It was clean, roomy, and well stocked with necessities. Everything was in working order. We enjoyed the convenience of having the use of bicyles and beach chairs. We would recommend, however, that the owner upgrade from basic cable televison to include at the very least Netflix, and consider putting a DVD player on the second floor. We had two children with us who wanted to watch a movie upstairs while the adults were watching a movie downstairs, but couldn't. Our location made it easy to walk to the Balboa Peir, where we rented a Duffy and cruised the bay one day, and took the ferry to Balboa Island to shop on another day. We also went kayaking out of the Newport Aquatic Center, which gave us an opportunity to see another side of Newport Beach. We also made it to Fashion Island for shopping. Best meals: Gina's Pizza (spaghetti and meat balls)and Harborside Restaurant. The only negative part of our stay involved parking difficulties on Monday's and Tuesday's, which we understand is common.

Great location and good choice for my multigenerational family

The property management was awesome, answered all questions and was always available. I can’t speak highly enough about them.

The house could use some updates in the bathrooms and kitchen, but overall it was a good fit for my family. The door leading to the downstairs shower was invaluable for my sandy kiddos. We loved sitting out on the upstairs patio. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, the bay and many restaurants and activities.

There was a little confusion from the paperwork about the garage code and it took a simple call to the management to figure out the bike lock code, but this was all easily remedied. I love, love, love that so many bikes are included. We definitely appreciated the umbrella and beach chairs as well!

We managed to choose a weekend that was suddenly quite warm, so without air conditioning the upstairs was a little toasty. However leaving upper windows open and using the available fans helped.

Overall this is a nice property and managed very well!

We enjoyed our visit. The location was ideal but there were only fans throughout house. The air conditioner did not work. It was in the 70s outside but around 85 inside. Very difficult to sleep in that muggy temp.
