This is a great home in a great location in the LA area. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with access to the beach. The only thing to keep in mind is that the house is three stories, do there's a lot of going up and down steps.

We loved the location. The walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants was ideal. The townhouse was exactly as pictured. Our group enjoyed having enough room to spread out. The living room was sunny, with ample comfortable furniture for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We had one maintenance issue which was promptly and professionally handled and resolved in one day. It was expertly cleaned and very fresh.
