We have stayed at this property many times. Great home, great location! This year we were super disappointed with the cleaning... Arrived to a random pile of trash on the dining room table, floors were not clean, front patio furniture and floor were dirty. There were a couple of plastic dishes on the kitchen sink with old stinky rags wadded up in them. It seems the cleaning staff is not tidying what prior guests leave out. Games and pieces were out, lots of clutter. The only other problem we had this year was the house is advertised (at the time we rented it) as having one parking space in the garage which it has always had, this year we arrived to find a motorcycle and multiple chained bikes in the stall, so no car would fit...This is still a great house, just the cleaning was the real issue this year. I did not want to have to clean the floors, remove trash that was not ours and clean patio furniture that had someone else's food mess on it....

Our family has been coming to the Balboa peninsula for decades. Burr White has always been very helpful. The house at 319 Coronado needs new furniture downstairs. The chairs/sofas that are there now are old and worn out and uncomfortable.

We have stayed at this property for years. We love the location, neighbors and memories that we have made there. The house is comfortable and we can be casual there. We appreciate that we can bring our dog. We are a conscientious and tidy family. The issue that may keep us from returning in the future is the unkept kitchen. The drawers, cabinets, dishes, pots and pans were filthy upon our arrival and as we usually leave this home neater than when we arrive, this year was difficult to handle the kitchen filth. The home, in our opinion, needs a cleanliness refresh.

In addition to its superb location, the house boasts tasteful decor (including the owner's glorious photographs), superior appliances, and small touches that make us feel as if we're in the home of friends!

This was our 2nd time in this home. It is perfect for our 3-generation family group. It was clean and nicely furnished. It is in a great location--close to a public beach (bay) and the ocean, as well as the ferry, fun zone., and restaurants. We were all very comfortable. Stairs are very open, so we had to watch the young ones to stay safe.

We have been renting this house for a week in July for years...Great house, great location, house is very cluttered inside (closets are full, stuff on countertops etc.) which doesn't allow much space for renter's things and I think it also makes it hard for the cleaning crew to get the inside really clean... Garage space is advertised which is a plus, but there is barely any space to put a car due to all the clutter. We had to move many things around just to be ale to fit in. This year the house was cleaner on the inside than usual, but the front patio was awful...There was vomit on the wall and ground, grease everywhere from the BBQ. food crumbs and lettuce all over the table and ground. i realize it is a rental, and we don't expect everything to be perfect by any means, but don't think we should have to fully clean the patio before we can sit there, or move around garage contents to be able to pull a car in...
