Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home was not just close to the beach—it was on the beach. You could literally open the gate from the patio and step right onto the sand. It doesn’t get better than that. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee with that killer view made every moment feel like a dream.
The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—actually, even better. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and spend peaceful time with our family. The vibe was quiet and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed, especially with our baby in tow.
Check-in was smooth through the Guest Portal, and the communication from the host was excellent. We’ve stayed in Newport Beach before, but this was hands down our favorite spot. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true beachfront getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The location is great. We really enjoyed our stay.
But all the mattresses were completely worn out and lumpy. The garage is so steep that my 2017 Q7 was acting up for the first time because of being parked so steep.
Cookware was very minimal, and pans were all scratched up. Dryer does not vent well so takes forever to dry clothes.
House seems to have long term neglect. Otherwise could be great. Property management was great.

The location was perfect. There were some things wrong with the house itself. Mold, mildew in bathroom, kitchen pots/pans need updating, can opener did not work, clothes dryer did not work so we had to pack wet clothes in our suitcase for flight back home

great w my family in this nicely appointed home ..both upper and lower were nice...but ...very dangerous makeshift cinder block climb over to get to and from the beach..surprised no one has gotten hurt ..and parking is totally unusable ...soooo steep and scary under ground steep slope that we did not use any of the "supposed" 4 spaces !!
