This corner lot home is one house away from the beach and one street to the boardwalk. Amazing location w/a huge patio with sand/ocean views. The property looks like the photos, except no more carpet in the bedrooms and the patio furniture has changed. It's very basic with no real charm, except for the nice outside landscaping, but that's okay when you have the prime location! Overall very clean, with the exception of a few items left behind from prior guest. The house has great parking compared to other beach rentals. My SUV fit in the carport spot. You can walk or ride your bike to everything... grocery store, coffee, restaurants, the pier, bars, etc. They do not provide any beach towels, beach chairs or beach toys. Cheap charcoal BBQ. I was disappointed that they do not have proper comfortable patio seating for 6 guests. It's such a great patio, but only one small table with uncomfortable bench seating. No individual patio chairs to enjoy the views. I would book again.

Very Basic beach house, with a huge patio for bikes and boards and lots of chairs .2 recliners,beautiful landscaping,Washer and dryer on site makes it easy, Wish they would give a loyalty credit for keep coming back but nothing as of yet. Only complaint was silverware was very limited .7 tablespoons , 1 teaspoon. We love this beach house and have used it for past 9 years, we had a place on beach but they tore it down and rebuilt and the price is untouchable 30th street bikes drops off bikes and boards and picks up when we leave. Wonderful relaxing Vacation Beach House

I am delighted to find that "one house from the beach" can be so wonderful. We enjoyed a little quieter time than when we've stayed right on the Boardwalk. The house is just all you want and need, with a spacious deck for all day lounging.

We were very pleased with our experience. We really enjoyed the patio area and spent most of our evenings there. The closeness of the house to the beach is perfect for walking to the beach for sunset viewing (and picture taking). And the closeness to the boardwalk for our morning bike rides was perfect. Thank you Burr White for the morning phone call as we were able to get in a couple of hours early and were able to enjoy the day.

We have been renting beach houses since the 1990's and have never been as pleased with a Management company as we have been with Burr White! They are the BEST! We have reserved this property for three years in a row now, simply due to the fantastic location and the amount of parking spots available. (we have a large family!)... The location is just off the sand, so you don't have the boardwalk traffic, but are very close to the ocean. Couldn't ask for a better family vacation- the house is always clean, with nice furniture, fresh 's perfect for our needs! Thank you Burr White!
