One house off the beach, the rental has a spacious patio and 2 balconies with ocean and beach views. The sand is just steps away. The property also has plenty of room to sprawl out inside with spacious living and dining areas to help make your time at the beach as relaxing as can be. This rental is perfect if you want to be as close to the sand as possible and not pay oceanfront prices.

The all-tile living areas have ample seating to relax or watch TV.

The large dining tables have six chairs for family meals and breakfast bars with three stools - great for a quick sandwich or pre-beach snack. The compact kitchens are fully equipped for dishing out family favorites.

The ground floor unit has 2 bedrooms. A master with a king bed and a guest room with 2 twin beds. Both these rooms share a full bathroom. The upper unit has 4 bedrooms. A master with a queen bed and a private deck, a guest room with another queen bed and 2 extra guest rooms with 2 twin beds in each. There are 2 full bathrooms within the upper unit, shared by all the bedrooms. The sofas in the living rooms fold out into beds.

The home offers exceptional sunset views and cool ocean breezes. The spacious patio has plenty of comfortable seating and a BBQ. Make lifelong memories playing in the surf and searching out favorite spots in the area as a family.

The shared laundry room has a washer and dryer. The unit has 4 carport spaces total to park your vehicles.

The beach at 36th Street is perfect for sunning, swimming, and surfing. The jetties at 32nd and 36th St keep the waves manageable for most of the year and shape the waves to make the beach here family-friendly.

Exploring the Peninsula by bicycle or on foot is easy via the boardwalk at 36th. The Newport Pier area is just a short stroll from the rental, with dozens of shops and local eateries. The Peninsula’s only grocery store and dozens of shops and eateries are all just a short walk away.
