We had a great time in this house. There are 5 bedrooms with is hard to find and the open concept when you walk in makes it nice for visiting. It could use a nice big sectional to maximize the space and seat more people but I understand when it’s a beach house. We love the location, just steps to the sand!

I love this place and will be back next year God willing. Only downside was difficulty operating the complicated tv’s remotes. Also like I reported to the office manager...please repair fourth step down the back stairs which could be dangerous. See you next year.

Location is amazing with great view of the ocean. This was the 4th house we've stayed in over the past 13 years in Newport. For the most part they have all been similar in amenities and upkeep. This one was no exception. Furniture and fixtures are well used but this is great for kids. Only issue was a hole in the floor of the balcony that needs to be fixed. All in all this is a great unit that we will strongly consider booking again. One major plus for this unit is great airflow!

Great location with a short walk to the beach. The house has a great layout for families. Large dining room table was great for meals and games! Nice furnishings but maybe a couple more chairs for the living room would be good. Minor problem with the freezer and the garage door opener but a handyman came quickly and fixed everything! Had a lot of fun and this was a great place for us to have quality time with the family.We will be back!
