Great location with a short walk to the beach. The house has a great layout for families. Large dining room table was great for meals and games! Nice furnishings but maybe a couple more chairs for the living room would be good. Minor problem with the freezer and the garage door opener but a handyman came quickly and fixed everything! Had a lot of fun and this was a great place for us to have quality time with the family.We will be back!

This is my family's 4th stay in Newport Beach and we have stayed at a different house each time. So far, this has been our favorite one. Besides the cleaning service not having the place cleaned before we got there, everything else was great, but they did get that taken care of in a prompt matter. The house looks a little dated on the outside but is nicely updated on the inside with wood floors, nice furniture, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. I was very impressed with how close it was to the beach as well. My only complaint would be the lack of noise barrier on the floor as we had a few complaints from our downstairs neighbors from our little ones running around...kind of hard to control. Overall, we will be returning to Newport again and will try to get this house again!

We had a great time in this house. There are 5 bedrooms with is hard to find and the open concept when you walk in makes it nice for visiting. It could use a nice big sectional to maximize the space and seat more people but I understand when it’s a beach house. We love the location, just steps to the sand!

I love this place and will be back next year God willing. Only downside was difficulty operating the complicated tv’s remotes. Also like I reported to the office manager...please repair fourth step down the back stairs which could be dangerous. See you next year.
