Take advantage of stunning ocean and Catalina views from the living room, open to the patio, featuring a gas fireplace and 60" flat screen TV. A 40" flat panel TV on the opposing wall is perfect for the kids or for watching sports. The master bedroom situated off the living room has frosted french doors - open them for an ocean view from the bedroom. A 27" flat panel TV in the master can be adjusted so it can be watched from the living area as well. All of the TVs are wall mounted and can be adjusted for optimal viewing.

The kitchen is beautifully outfitted with rare green granite countertops, clean white cabinetry and modern stainless steel KitchenAid Pro appliances. It's fit for a gourmet cook, with plenty of room to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining area is just off the kitchen, with seating for 8 guests. There is a second sink near the dining area perfect for serving drinks. A stacked Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer is around the corner from the kitchen.
BED and BATH
The master bedroom features an Eastern King bed and closet with built-ins. Ceiling fans in each bedroom circulate ocean breezes, beautiful wood flooring extends throughout the home. The master has an en suite bath, with limestone tiled shower, marble flooring and granite sink top.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk for any work you might need to complete while on holiday, and a wall-mounted 27" flat panel TV for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a tropical feel with sandstone sink top, copper bowl, and beautiful carved wooden mirror from the tropics. The third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and a 27" flat panel TV. The en suite bathroom has access to the exterior courtyard with hot water shower. This bathroom has the same luxurious feel as the others, with a large tiled shower, and accent lighting that looks like natural light flowing through a seashell.

The back patio/courtyard area has an outdoor hot and cold water shower to rinse off the sand before entering the home. The garage holds one vehicle.
THE LOCATION
The beach at 48th St is is perfect for all types of water activities and has a lifeguard tower to boot! Swim, boogie board, surf or just relax on the sand. Options abound nearby for shopping and dining. Cappy's Cafe attracts locals and tourists alike for breakfast, go early and be prepared to wait in line. Big Belly Deli, Eat Chow, Spaghetti Bender & Cucina Alessa are also in nearby Newport Shores, or head to The Alley for a lively vibe and good food. Browse high end boutiques and cafes on the waterfront at Lido Marina Village about a mile away or catch a movie at the historic Lido Theatre, built in 1938.
