Great location and lots of space; beautiful big windows and view; house is a bit worn and shows the wear and tear, but they had it clean and tidy; good value for location
We had an issue with construction next door, which wasn’t disclosed; maybe was a temporary thing; they responded right away and tried to deal with it
I would rent again for the price

The location of the property was great and the check in process was so easy and close. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My only issue was the cost of a maid fee which didn’t include the making of the beds. All sheets and towels were rolled up in Saran Wrap and left in each room.
We had to make and un-make the beds as well as take out all trashes.
I understand that this let’s the guest know that everything for sure is clean and taking out the trashes was no big deal. However, I feel as though the charge for this is excessive given the amount of work that is placed on the renter.

We loved this place! Great location. Parking is an issue, but that's normal for a location like this. The garage is a tight squeeze. It's a two-car garage that you share with the lower half of the house. We could not get our van in, since our "neighbors" already had their small SUV in the garage. We may come back!

An amazing property! Location was phenomenal, home was super clean and accommodating, and my wife and our five children had the vacation that we will never forget! We loved the long layout of the home and how we were able to totally spread out, and the views of the beach at sunset/sunrise were amazing. We walked all around Balboa peninsula from the Fun Zone to the pier, and the kids loved the playground at the base of the pier. We will definitely be returning!
