The place was exactly as we expected. It was in a great location, walking distance from the beach, great restaurants and shopping. Our entire family had an excellent Thanksgiving holiday partly due to the place. It was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities to cook a full Thanksgiving meal as well as room to enjoy a relaxing, sunny beach day. NB Vacation was very helpful in communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was perfect for two families of 4. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have bikes and beach chairs! The house was super clean and easy to walk to the beach and places to shop and eat. We fit two cars in the garage but would have been nice to have an extra reserved parking spot as it was hard to get two cars into the garage.

Property managers communicated very well. The place was very much as described. Easy to find, and the beach is definitely walkable. They had some beach gear for both the adults and kids. Garage parking is great and convenient! Just be aware that if you have a second car, street parking is a bit of a crap shoot. All together a wonderful spot.

What a great place! EVERYTHING you need. Easy walk/bike to the beach and bay. The house was modern, updated and spotless and the kitchen fully equipped. We loved having access to the bikes to cruise around town. 2 Parking spots in the garage and a deck upstairs were an added bonus. This home made for a fantastic vacation! ??

House was great! Great location.. short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. I am very picky about cleanliness and the house was clean. Hosts were very responsive. It was perfect for my kids and grandkids. So nice sitting outside for almost all of our meals. Wagon and beach stuff available was great!
I will say a few things. Sugar and spices expired several years ago. Cabinets could use a good clean out. Pots and pans are super old. Kitchen is very well stocked but most of them have the non stick coating pealing off. Sets at Costco are 120 bucks or so and it would be a nice touch to not have to worry about that. We didn't have enough towels for one each. Luckily we brought a bunch of beach towels and we did a lot of towel laundry. I know they were available for rent but you would think for the cost you would at least have one per person at full occupancy. Too busy to call.
Those issues would not keep me from renting again. We loved our time there. Thank you!

We booked this last minute to enjoy the end of our vacation. It was a great size for two big families with young kids. Beds were comfortable and I loved that they were all upstairs. Floors were a bit sandy but still a 5* for cleanliness from me - it's a beach house, not a hotel! A little sand never hurt anybody :D Well stocked and we loved the location. Not a far walk from the beach but right in the middle of shops/restaurants. We hope to come back again soon!
