The location of this condo is truly in one of the premier spots on the entire Peninsula. You will have spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Beach, Catalina Island, and the famous Balboa Pier from the balcony of your 3rd floor vacation property. You are so close to the water you will hear the waves crashing when you go to bed at night and wake up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise. The master bedroom has ocean views from the comfort of your California king-sized bed. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom is perfect for your children with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed. The third bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. You also have access to a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room for additional family members or guests.

Located near the Balboa Pier, close to the heart of the action, this oceanfront, upper floor condo features a full-kitchen, new front loading washer and dryer inside the condo, wide-screen TVs, and WiFi internet access throughout the condo. Linens and towels are provided. There is a private balcony that can be accessed from your master bedroom or living room that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. My siblings and I took my mom here to celebrate her 80th birthday. The location was perfect for what we wanted, close to restaurants and easy access to the Balboa Island ferry. The guest portal was easy to use and had all the information we needed. It made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. There was also a lot of communication from the property management company, which I liked. The property was very clean and on the 3rd level of the condo complex, just high enough to get a great view of the ocean and not to hear much of the street level noise. Overall, we had a great time and would consider renting this unit again.
