We had an amazing stay at this lovely condo in Newport Beach! We were greeted with a refreshing breezy ocean air that set the tone for a relaxing vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway.
One of the highlights was the location - we enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops, and spent our days kayaking around Balboa Island and biking up and down the path on the Balboa Peninsula.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. The ceiling fans were a great addition, keeping us cool during the night, and the windows were easy to open, allowing the cool ocean air to flow through the condo. We also made good use of the grill for a delightful dinner one night, and found the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything we needed.
The bathrooms were spotless and the showers were wonderful. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return!

We love staying here every time we come to visit. The parking is great and so are the views! Normally a little out of our price range but occasionally we find a reasonable price.

We absolutely loved this home! It is close to everything you need as far as food, shopping and entertainment. The home was clean and easy to get to. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again!

This unit was absolutely stunning! It’s immaculately clean inside! You are literally a one minute walk from the sand and a five minute walk from the Balboa fun zone!
A few things to note… This unit does not include any beach utility amenities such as chairs, umbrellas or sand toys… That would’ve been much appreciated so we did not have to purchase…
It took us a minute to find the bedding for the pull out couch it’s located in the master inside of the closet on shelving…
Another recommendation is to bring or purchase your own beach towels there was only one towel per person which was challenging…
Other than that the unit was incredible in every way!

Enjoyed our stay even though we had to cut it short by a day. With Hurricane Hillary on the way we decided its best we leave on Sunday rather than Monday. We didn't want to get stuck there with all the predictions of flooding that would be coming.
We did enjoy our time together. I will say that it's a bit noise at night with all the traffic in the parking lot coming and going.
