Better than expected in most ways. Incredible location with relaxing views of boats passing by. Great for families with wonderful bunk room. Great gathering place with large table in breakfast room and family room was comfortable and spacious. Updated bathrooms and beds were comfortable. Great patios/backyard for both viewing and played games in backyard. We’d rent here again. Fun experience!

Wonderful Balboa Weekend

My girlfriends and I spent a wonderful weekend in Balboa at this stunning property. In addition to the unbelievable waterfront views, the home is immaculate and so beautifully decorated that it looks straight out of a movie. To our pleasant surprise, the home is also much larger than we anticipated -- everyone had plenty of room to congregate or spread out without feeling cramped. To that end, the home is very well appointed and came with everything we needed (if you enjoy cooking, you will love the kitchen appliances!). The check-in process was smooth and seamless; Julie, the property manager, was wonderful and so friendly -- we had such a great time meeting her! Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about this property and were sad to leave. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here and will most definitely be back!

Perfect location, easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Marine Ave. The house was extremely clean, very spacious and the views of the harbor were beautiful! Already planning our next trip to Balboa Island and renting the same house for sure!
